At Nestly ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered home design application.

Our app uses a third-party AI service to power design generation and the in-app design assistant. We only send your data to this service after you have been shown what data is sent, who receives it, and you have given your permission in the app.

3.4 Who Receives This Data

Your data is sent to Google Gemini AI. It is transmitted from your device to our servers, and from our servers to Google's API, for the sole purpose of providing the AI features described above. Google processes this data according to their Privacy Policy and our contractual terms with Google.

3.5 Third-Party Data Protection

Our agreement with Google requires that they protect your data with the same or equal level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy, including appropriate technical and organizational measures and use of your data only for the purposes we specify. 3.6 Temporary Storage and Security

Your images are stored temporarily on our servers and Firebase Storage for processing and are typically deleted after processing unless you choose to save them. We use encrypted connections to transmit your data.

We offer a premium subscription, Nestly Pro, which gives you access to the full features for home design. Nestly Pro is available as a weekly subscription ($9.99 USD per week) or a yearly subscription ($49.99 USD per year). Pricing may vary by region. Your information is stored on secure servers and cloud storage. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, access controls, and regular security updates. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain account information while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion; user content until you delete it or delete your account (deleted images removed within 30 days); design history until you delete designs or your account; and aggregated anonymized analytics as needed. Some information may be retained longer if required by law.

You can request deletion by: deleting items or your account in the App, or contacting us at vaustudio.group@gmail.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may remain in backups for up to 90 days.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at vaustudio.group@gmail.com and we will delete it. By using the App you represent that you are at least 13 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your residence. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information receives adequate protection.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our App (usage statistics, feature usage, crash reports). Data is aggregated and anonymized. On iOS we may request tracking permission; you can control this in device settings. We do not currently sell personal information.

Our application may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the application and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
